Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At NANDYARVATTAM, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality handloom/power loom/modern loom sarees. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. As these are artisanal creations, we request you to carefully review our refund, return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Colour & Appearance Disclaimer

Product images are for representation purposes only. Variations in colour, tone, and texture may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual device display settings.

Such variations are inherent and shall not be considered defects, and therefore do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

2. Handloom Product Disclaimer

All sarees are handwoven using traditional techniques. Irregularities including but not limited to:

• Extra threads

• Handloom marks

• Thread pulls or minor weaving inconsistencies

are natural characteristics of handloom products and shall not be treated as defects. These elements contribute to the unique charm and authenticity of each saree. These are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

A complete, clear, and uninterrupted parcel opening video is mandatory for any claim related to damage, defect, or missing items.

• The video must begin before opening the package and continue without cuts.

Claims submitted without valid video proof will be automatically rejected

4. Damaged Product Claims

• Returns are accepted strictly for genuinely damaged products only.

• Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email.

• The damage must be clearly visible in the parcel opening video.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in claim rejection without exception.

5. Return Conditions

Approved returns must comply with the following:

• The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• The product must be returned with original packaging and tags intact.

• Sarees must be properly folded before dispatch – Improperly folded sarees may be sent back to the customer without processing the return.

Failure to meet these conditions may lead to rejection of return and re-shipment to the customer at their cost.

6. Exchange Policy

• Eligible cases will be processed for exchange only, subject to stock availability.

• Exchange will be initiated only after receipt and successful inspection of the returned product.

• Refunds are generally not applicable, except in rare cases at our discretion.

NANDYARVATTAM reserves the right to approve or reject exchanges based on product condition and compliance.

7. Measurement Disclaimer (Kasavu / Zari Border)

All mentioned Kasavu (Zari) kara and border measurements are approximate. Minor variations may occur due to manual measurement and the handloom weaving process.

Such variations do not qualify as defects.

8. Final Decision

All return, exchange, and claim approvals are subject to verification and remain at the discretion of NANDYARVATTAM. Our decision will be final.
